DELAWARE BILL LIMITS DOG OWNERSHIP/BREEDING TO 25

** Hearing set for April 8 **

The Issue.

Delaware House Bill 95 has been introduced “at the recommendation of the Human Society of America” to limit the number of dogs a person may own to 25. The bill provides veterinary care requirements as well as penalties for violators. A hearing on HB 95 has been scheduled before the House Committee on Agriculture on April 8th at 3:15 p.m. in the House Hearing Room.
